Return Policy:

14-day return policy for skincare products only. REFUNDS are issued with a credit to your Helendale account or refunded directly to the debit/credit card used to make the purchase. 

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 3 days of purchase. All items will ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Once your item ships you will receive an email from the USPS with a tracking number provided.

Shipping & Handling Costs:
All orders over $100 are eligible to receive free shipping.
Orders under $100 are subject to standard shipping rates.
We do not offer expedited shipping.
